Tether-Backed USAT Goes Live for Agentic Payments on Celo Network

USAT is now available as a payment method for artificial intelligence agents on Celo’s native facilitator x402. The US dollar-backed stablecoin, issued by Anchorage Digital Bank N.A. and supported by Tether, becomes the sixth stablecoin incorporated into x402.celo.org.
