OKXICE Joint Venture Targets Tokenized Securities Venue Under Innovation Exemption

OKX and Intercontinental Exchange notified the SEC of their intention to launch a tokenized securities platform under the innovation exemption. The OKXICE joint venture plans to offer on-chain trading of more than 60 U.S.-listed companies, including Nvidia, Apple, Microsoft, and SpaceX.
