Securitize Adds 13 Stocks to Solana Token Platform, Reaching 25

Securitize added 13 US equities to its Securitize Stocks platform on November 2, 2026, lifting the catalog to 25 on-chain stock tokens, Crypto Briefing reported. The first 12 names went live on October 8, 2026, so the lineup roughly doubled in under four weeks.
The new list reaches into old-economy companies, with Exxon Mobil (XOM), Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) and Uber Technologies (UBER) among the additions. Each token is backed 1:1 by real shares held in custody and not lent out, per company disclosures. Trading runs on Solana and settles in USDC.
Key facts
- Securitize Stocks grew from 12 to 25 US equity tokens between October 8 and November 2, 2026.
- The 13 new equities include Exxon Mobil, Johnson & Johnson and Uber Technologies.
- Securitize Markets, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA member, is the issuer; tokens are security entitlements under UCC Article 8.
- Jump Trading provides liquidity support, and the offer targets eligible investors in the US, the EU and other jurisdictions.
- Tokenized stocks on Ethereum reached $827 million by the end of October 2026, up 170% over the year, according to Token Terminal data cited by U.Today.
How the tokens are structured
Buyers swap USDC for stock exposure without opening a brokerage cash account. Holders do not own shares the way a paper certificate would provide; instead the arrangement mirrors the indirect holding most investors already use through intermediaries. Conversion is available in certain cases, and the tokens are built for compatibility with Tokenized Securities Venues.
Trading already extends past standard US market hours, and Securitize plans to move toward round-the-clock availability. The company also trades on the NYSE under the ticker SECZ.
The DTCC move and what analysts say
The expansion arrived while the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation rolled out a tokenization service of its own. StoneX analyst Mark Palmer wrote in a Monday note to clients that the DTCC offering validates Securitize’s model rather than threatening it, because the two serve different markets: the DTCC service is permissioned and initially limited to certain securities, participants and blockchain networks, while Securitize works on public blockchains whose assets can plug into decentralized finance.
The two reports frame the sector from different angles. Crypto Briefing covers Securitize’s issuance pipeline and its Solana and USDC rails; U.Today, citing Token Terminal, focuses on Ethereum, where tokenized securities volume sat between $827 million and $841 million at the end of October 2026. U.Today also reported that 86% of tokenized stocks follow the fully backed stablecoin model, and that Ethereum holds 53.8% of the global stablecoin market — $158.71 billion of $294.75 billion.
Neither figure for Ethereum’s tokenized stock market appears in Crypto Briefing’s report, and Crypto Briefing’s 25-equity count does not appear in U.Today’s.
Why it matters
Going from 12 to 25 equities in less than a month suggests Securitize’s onboarding pipeline is working, a signal for holders of its NYSE-listed stock. For crypto traders, placing tokenized shares on Solana and settling in USDC puts them on infrastructure decentralized finance users already rely on. Tokens carrying dividend and voting rights differ from the synthetic stock derivatives that appeared on crypto platforms earlier.
U.Today also described a separate derivatives market around tokenized stocks: open interest on decentralized venues reached $1.76 billion, with contracts on tokenized stocks holding the largest share. It cited Hyperliquid’s HYPE token trading near $87.70 with $1.24 million a day directed to buybacks, and noted that investment community representatives identified $70 to $76 as a long-term support zone, with conditions pointing to a possible move toward $90–$100. That is a speculative view, not financial advice, and crypto markets are volatile and uncertain.
What to watch
Securitize’s stated plan to extend trading toward round-the-clock availability is the next operational milestone, alongside how much share the permissioned DTCC service takes among institutions.
