Bullish will make issuer-sponsored tokenized shares available on Solana, Aptos and Ethereum, naming the three blockchains as its first network partners, according to Blockonomi. The NYSE-listed platform, which trades as BLSH, disclosed the lineup on November 3, 2026.

The selection gives companies a choice of chains when they issue tokenized equity, rather than a single venue. Bullish already runs on Solana and said it will add Aptos and Ethereum. Crypto Briefing reported the Aptos designation from a post on X, noting at the time that no separate confirmation from either company had been found.

Key facts

  • Bullish and Equiniti moved 61 million tokenized reserved shares on Solana at an event at the New York Stock Exchange on October 27, 2026; the transfer completed in seconds.
  • Bullish (NYSE: BLSH) named Solana, Aptos and Ethereum as initial network partners in its announcement post on X.
  • Crypto Briefing reported that Bullish tokenized its full equity cap table on Solana in May 2026, with tokenized BLSH shares trading live from August 2026 on its Gibraltar-licensed exchange.
  • Crypto Briefing put Bullish’s acquisition of Equiniti at $4.2 billion, with an expected close in January 2027.
  • Bullish said it has set aside enough shares to complete the Equiniti purchase, with the final amount to follow the merger agreement.

Shareholder rewards and the record of ownership

Tom Farley, Bullish’s chief executive, used the NYSE demonstration to show how issuers could send a digital Consensus pass straight to a shareholder’s wallet as a reward. The company framed that as a fresh channel for engaging holders.

Ownership records, though, will not move onchain. The transfer agent stays the official source of who owns what, while issuers use the networks to reach investors directly. Thomas Cowan, Bullish’s head of tokenization, said the aim is to have issuer tokens “available on key blockchains for our investors,” and that Solana provided the base for tokenizing Bullish’s own stock. He described the NYSE event as showing issuers how the process works and support for Aptos and Ethereum as the logical next step.

The difference between the two reports is one of emphasis. Blockonomi treats the three-network lineup as settled company policy, while Crypto Briefing flags the Aptos element as reported and awaits a formal statement or a first issuer on the network.

Why it matters

Most tokenized stock products in crypto are wrappers: a third party holds the underlying shares and issues tokens that track the price, often without the company’s involvement. Issuer-sponsored tokens reverse that, with the company itself backing the onchain asset, which is what gives the structure a claim on voting and dividends rather than price exposure alone. Splitting support across several chains reflects where liquidity and investors already sit, so issuers do not have to herd holders onto one network. Regulators and issuers care most about record-keeping, the piece Equiniti supplies.

What to watch

The Equiniti deal is the date to circle: Crypto Briefing reported an expected January 2027 close, still subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, and until it completes Bullish’s registry plans are only partly in place. Also watch for formal confirmation from Bullish or Aptos, the first issuer beyond Bullish to tokenize, and the Issuer Sponsored Token Coalition, which the two companies convened as a non-exclusive working group and which added members on October 26, 2026.
